A true color vision inspection system for verifying tablets, capsules, liquid gels, etc. regardless of shape, color, or orientation within the blister cavity.

Works with all forming materials used in a blister packaging operation. Transparent PVC, white opaque PVC, amber PVC, polypropylene, PVDC and cold formed aluminum.

Inspects and verifies area, shapes, and colors to ensure presence, integrity, and correct product.

16 digital inputs and 16 digital outputs for complete interface and control of the packaging machine. PacVision system can signal packaging machine to reject or cause and verify the reject independently. System can be configured to stop the packaging machine to allow critical defects to be corrected.

Windows XP Pro based with touch screen interface eliminate the need for a mouse or keyboard. Easy step by step programming and set up. FDA 21 CFR Part 111 compliant user access. PacVision systems can be enabled to collect batch data as required. Expandable to add additional cameras as needed.

PacVision systems are sold complete and ready to run. Machine specific custom mounting is available for the integration of the system controller, camera, and LED lighting unit.

All systems are covered by a one year warranty against hardware defects. Our technical staff can provide on-site training, installation, and integration.
